The day finally came; September 6th, 2013 to be exact! Our sweet, sweet Sadie Lee May was born at 5:31 in the afternoon weighing in at 5lbs, 15 oz and measuring 18.5 inches long. We chose Sadie because my husband and I loved the old-fashioned feel of this classic name and it suits her so well! We chose Lee as Sadie’s middle name to honor my husband’s parents, Nancy Lee and Ernest Lee.
This tiny little girl has filled our hearts with an indescribable love and joy. It’s been harder than we ever imagined AND so much better than we ever imagined. This is what life is all about. We have a healthy baby girl who we love more than anything; any problems in this world feel like small potatoes now.
Our lives will never be the same and we have her to thank.
